As a trusted Behavioral Health Services Provider, we are proud to provide a continuum of care that supports our clients through every stage of their mental health journey.
We began with a focus on Mental Health Skill Building and Intensive In-Home Services, programs that remain at the heart of our work. Our Mental Health Skill Building program empowers individuals with persistent mental health needs to develop essential daily living skills, improve independence, and maintain community stability. Our Intensive In-Home Services deliver structured, family-centered interventions for youth and adolescents struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges—helping restore safety, communication, and connection in the home.
As our community’s needs continued to grow, so did our dedication to providing responsive, trauma-informed care. To better support individuals during moments of acute emotional distress, we expanded our services to include Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization—vital resources when timely, compassionate intervention is needed most.
Our Mobile Crisis Response team delivers prompt, on-site assistance to individuals facing urgent mental health challenges. Available 24/7, this service is designed to de-escalate situations, assess safety risks, and connect individuals to appropriate care—all within the comfort of their home or community setting.
Following crisis intervention, our Community Stabilization program offers short-term, intensive support to bridge the gap between crisis and long-term services. We work closely with individuals to stabilize their mental health symptoms, connect them to ongoing care, and reduce the likelihood of future hospitalization or crisis events.
